ABOUT ATHALON SPORTGEAR

In 1973, Athalon® established manufacturing in Denver, Colorado. Each bag was designed and tested by Athalon® employees, who were avid sports enthusiasts and travelers. In order to pass our rigorous tests, each bag had to be incredibly durable and work perfectly. The pockets had to be properly sized and placed in the ideal spot for maximum comfort and usefulness. The shoulder straps and handles had to be appropriately balanced and comfortable. Every bag had to be lightweight and water-repellent. Each stress point, whether on a handle, shoulder strap, or seam, had to be reinforced and tested to withstand rigorous use. As the years passed, Athalon's reputation for quality and service grew. Today we design and manufacture bags for professional sport teams, other high quality manufacturers, and better sporting goods and luggage shops. We have expanded our product offerings to include:

  • Harley-Davidson® - In 2010, Athalon Sportgear became the licensee to Harley-Davidson® to design and distribute a line of sport and travel Bags. Harley Davidson® bags feature the finest synthetic and leather fabrics blended to provide lightweight and super strong travel duffels, sport bags, and carryalls. Each piece brings to life rugged individualism that has made Harley-Davidson® so famous.
  • NFL® - In 2009, Athalon Sportgear became the licensee to The National Football League to design and distribute a line of Luggage, Golf travel bags, Sport and Tailgate bags. Athalon's National Football League bags are each designed and manufactured in exact team-specific colors and proudly carry your team signature name/logo embroidered prominently on the outside.

Athalon® Ski Bags & Duffels

Athalon Sportgear Ski/Snowsport products offer a high quality line of duffels, boot bags, and ski bags for a very sophisticated and discerning snowsport enthusiast. Athalon® offers a 5-year warranty and years of experience serving the traveler of today.

Since Athalon® began over 30 years ago, we have specialized in the design and manufacture of travel bags for the ski enthusiast. Today we continue to offer the broadest selection of ski bags under the Athalon® brand widely recognized as the foremost manufacturer of quality snowsport travel products. Our assortment consists of everything from single/double padded and unpadded ski bags, boot bags, ski/bootbag combos, and wheeling ski bags to companion duffel bags – in other words, everything the traveling skier needs to make their trip complete. Athalon® Snowboard Bags

Athalon® began over 30 years ago manufacturing ski bags and ski travel luggage. As the snow sport industry has evolved, today we manufacture and distribute snowboard bags and duffels under the Athalon® brand. Manufactured to the same high standards that Athalon® is well known for, our selection of snowboard products is second to none and offers everything from fitted snowboard bags to companion pieces in duffels and backpacks – all designed by our team of sports enthusiasts who have evaluated and personally tested each and every product prior to manufacturing to ensure they meet our standards of performance and quality.

Marker® Sport and Travel Bags

In November of 2007, Salt Lake City-based Marker Ltd. appointed Athalon Sportgear as its exclusive and official licensee in the luggage and ski bag category. In this relationship, Athalon® is the exclusive licensee to design, develop, and distribute luggage, ski bags, boot bags, and duffels under the Marker brand for distribution in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Marker® has built a significant ski and travel bag business in the snow sports industry. Athalon® now embelishes Marker®'s reputation for technology and quality and has engineered the finest snow sport bags in the market. The new line was introduced at the 2008 SIA Show in Las Vegas.

Commenting on this introduction, Daryl Santos (President, Marker Ltd.) stated, "We are very pleased to be enjoined with the Athalon® organization. Athalon is an official licensee of Samsonite® in the manufacturing and distribution of some of the finest golf travel bags available in the golf industry today. Established more than thirty years ago as a manufacturer of high quality sports bags, duffels, and ski bags, we have a proven understanding of what it takes to manufacturer bags that will withstand the rigors faced by today's travelers. Each bag has been designed and tested by Athalon® employees who are avid golfers. In addition, all of our travel bags must pass the rigorous testing requirements of Samsonite®, the world leader in travel products. NFL Sport/Travel Bags and Accessories

In 2010, Athalon Sportgear became a licensee to The National Football League for luggage, golf bags, and tailgate bags. The mission was to provide high-end, high-performance bags to the individual NFL enthusiast. They want to express their passion with every team-specific product. The colors and team logos are very exacting. All logos are boldly featured on the front or sides with fine embroidery. The bags themselves are super-strong and lightweight. The pockets and features are well-thought-out. All bags have signature NFL lining and hardware. Athalon® 5-Year Warranty

Depending on the nature of the defect, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the product with a comparable model without charge and will notify you of the steps you must take to have said repair or replacement take place. But in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for breach of warranty in the amount exceeding the purchase price of the goods. The manufacturer does not in any way warrant the fitness of the product for any purpose other than the ordinary purposes for which such products are used, and there are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, beyond those described herein. This warranty specifically excludes any claim for direct incidental or consequential damages, damages incurred in mishandling or abuse in transit (as to which you should contact the carrier), or unauthorized repairs and is only for the benefit of the original owner in addition to such rights as you may have under the warranty; you may have additional rights under the law which will vary from state to state. Specifically, certain states do not permit any limitations on incidental or consequential damages or on the expiration of any implied warranties; accordingly, the limitations expressed above may not apply to you.
